Three bodycare products that will banish dry skin this winter!

I don't know about you but my skin has really suffered since the temperature plummeted. I am used to the skin on my face getting much drier in winter but this year, my skin all over my body became so dry that it was scratchy and uncomfortable.  I knew that I had to do something about it and didn't want to spend a fortune buying lots of products so I went through some old empties posts and reviews and decided on my top three products. My skin is much better now - not as scaly, thankfully and my self tan is back to applying evenly and not catching on my skin as it had been.

I decided that I needed to use a different body scrub and one I've loved for years is Ameliorate Smoothing Body Exfoliant. This is a brilliant scrub not just to get rid of dry skin patches but also to get rid of bumpy skin on the backs of the upper arms, legs - basically anywhere that KP occurs. I went back to my old favourite shower product - L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil. Both my husband and I have been long term fans of this but we got distracted by another product for a few months. As soon as we started to use this again, we both realised that we should never have strayed. My husband has reactive, eczema-prone skin and I just have dry skin, so this shower oil works well for both of us. It's nourishing and doesn't leave an oily film on the skin.
