3 fantastic budget foundations

I've pretty much only worn budget foundations recently and I've had so many compliments on my skin when wearing them. I am absolutely delighted to have found some affordable foundations that I love because for years, I have spent a fortune on high end ones and now I don't have to. I'm not saying that I'll never buy a luxury foundation again but at the moment, these three have me covered!

Maybelline Fit Me Dewy & Smooth: I bought this in New York but a few people have told me that the original Maybelline Fit Me (not the new Poreless one) is the same as this version. I have linked to Fragrance Direct, where it is only £4.99! It has medium coverage and it lives up to its name in that it makes my skin look smooth - it glides over any porous or textured areas to create an even base. It is also dewy but not overly so and I think that unless you really love a matte base, you would like this too. For me, it really is a 'your skin but miiiiles better' foundation!

L'Oreal Infallible Pro Glow:  This foundation has recently become available on Amazon, which is brilliant for those of us on this side of the Atlantic who have wanted it for so long! It has medium coverage and a glowy finish - perfect for my taste. I find it hydrating but not greasy and it doesn't feel like it is sitting on the skin and like the Maybelline, it doesn't highlight any visible pores. My only problem is with longevity - I find that I need to top it up at around the 6 hour mark but it can be done without looking cakey.

Wet N Wild Photo Focus: This foundation has a demi-matte finish, which makes it different from the other two but it also has quite a natural finish and gives medium, but buildable, coverage. To wear this foundation, I have to make sure that my skin is well prepped otherwise it might cling to dry patches but with a moisturising primer, this glides on and gives a polished look to the skin. It needs to be topped up at around the 8 hour mark, but that's pretty good in my opinion!

The one that I am reaching for most often is the Maybelline as it's pretty much my perfect foundation. Have you tried any of these? Do you have a favourite budget foundation? I'd love to hear!
