Maybelline Sunkisser Liquid Blush - the budget option that we've been waiting for!

Maybelline Sunkisser Liquid Blush review,

Regular readers will know that I'm a sucker for liquid or cream cheek products. I find that they work really well on my dry skin but even if you don't have dry skin, you'll probably find that they make the complexion look fresher than most powder products. I was really intrigued when I saw the new Sunkisser releases from Maybelline, which is one of the best budget makeup brands that has really stood the test of time! I bought three of them as they were on 3 for 2 in Boots (and still are!). There are eight shades available in total.

They have doe foot applicators, which makes them very easy to apply and in a precise way. I dab onto my cheeks and blend in either with a sponge or a stippling brush. I find that they blend well, layer well and are lightweight on the skin. The finish adds some luminosity to the cheeks to give a very youthful, juicy look to the skin but they aren't glittery so there is no fear of a discoball effect!  I find that they last really well on the skin - a good 8 hours, which is generally the longest that I wear makeup for apart from special occasions.

I have the following shades: 02 Uptown Glow, which is a peachy shade with some gold running through it. 05 Blazing Blush is a candy pink - not a shade that I'd normally go for but I actually love how it lifts my complexion.  11 Electric Bronze is perfect for warming up the cheeks - obviously no contouring going on with this shade but I found it great on holiday for warming up my face in areas where my foundation was a little too pale to match my body.

Overall, I have been super impressed by these liquid cheek products and they are all firmly in my current makeup routine and will stay there for the foreseeable! I need to try more Maybelline products because so many people swear by the brand and I love everything that I've tried so far. The new lip glosses look right up my street and I still haven't tried the Age Rewind Concealer, which is ridiculous!

The 3 for 2 offer in Boots is a good incentive to try some more fro the brand. I'd love to hear your recommendations!
