IT Cosmetics Confidence In A Cleanser Review

IT Cosmetics Confidence In A Cleanser Review
This product was kindly gifted to me, without obligation.

It's rare that I receive a product and wait until I've completely finished it to review it but that's what has happened in the case of IT Cosmetics Confidence In A Cleanser*. I've said it before and I'll say it again, this brand is known for its makeup but its skincare is right up there with some of the very best that I have used. The products are all very effective and reasonably priced for the results they give.

IT Cosmetics products are created with a team of dermatologists and plastic surgeons so they are suitable for even the most sensitive skin and I have never had an adverse reaction to any of the products I've tried - instead, my skin feels comfortable and cocooned. This product combines the power of a cleanser with the hydration of a serum and it's soap-free, so it really doesn't feel at all drying or stripping on the skin. It contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid, and what I didn't expect is that it removes makeup, SPF etc. I assumed it would be a morning or second cleanse, but it is actually effective at removing makeup.

It's applied to wet skin, massaged in for around 30-60 seconds to break down all makeup, SPF and general grime from the day, and then rinsed before patting dry and continuing with the rest of your routine. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable my skin is after cleansing (it can sometimes feel tight), which probably explains why I used it daily and am only reviewing now that it's finished. I used it twice daily, most days, for around four months. I have a lot of cleansers but definitely felt myself automatically drawn to this one more than others.

It's a great price too, starting at £13 for 50ml (plus my BEAUTYLYMIN code will reduce it to £10.27 at the checkout on Look Fantastic). Also available from Brown Thomas, Boots, Cult Beauty, Space NK , CH Tralee and Sephora UK.
