If you've been reading my gift guides, you've probably wondered why I haven't included any Charlotte Tilbury products, which is unusual because every other year, I've always featured some gorgeous products from the brand. The reason is, this year, I wanted to dedicate a whole post to the brand. This post includes both products that I have bought myself, but also some that have been kindly gifted to me, which will be marked with a *. As with my other gift guides, some of these products will be donated, but also some will be prizes for people who actually engage with my content, both here and on Instagram - follow/unfollowers will be blocked. There is something for all budgets here and, of course, the packaging is decadent and luxurious - the dream to find under the tree!
Under £25:
Mini Filmstar Bronze & Glow: I think that this is a genius idea and one that I hope becomes part of the permanent collection. I have always adored Bronze & Glow (you'll see the state of my old one in this post) but this mini size is even better because I can pop it in my handbag! I love the formula of both powders - finely milled and they don't emphasise texture or fine lines. The bronzer adds some gentle definition to the face, so it's flattering, rather than harsh, like a contour can be. The highlight is a beautiful champagne shade, that just adds a gentle lit from within look. This really would make a gorgeous gift. Available from Charlotte Tilbury, Cult Beauty, Space NK, & other CT stockists.
Jewel Lips: Blush Gold*: These are a recent addition to Charlotte's line up and, at first glance, you might think that they're pretty (love the glittery lid), but just another gloss. You'd be wrong! I'm definitely a lip gloss lover and for years, I didn't even own a lipstick, as I only wore glosses. These jewel lips contain hyaluronic acid and vitamin E, both of which, not only nourish the lips, but also make your pout look fuller. I love how comfortable they are to wear - not even a hint of stickiness, and they are moderately pigmented so can be worn alone or as a lip topper. This would make a fab Secret Santa gift. Available from Cult Beauty, Feel Unique, Space NK, Brown Thomas & Arnotts.
Pillow Talk Push Up Eye Secrets: This set contains a full size Push Up Mascara and a Barbarella Brown Rock N Kohl Eye liner. I reviewed the mascara here - totally worth the hype! The kohl liner is a universally flattering shade and has a formula that is easy to work with and you don't feel like you'll take your eye out when using it! Available from Charlotte Tilbury, Cult Beauty, Space NK, & Arnotts.
Eyes to Mesmerise: These are the best 'one and done' cream shadows on the market - full review here. They're buildable, creamy in formula, yet once they set, they don't budge. They make lids look smooth (even if they aren't) and can be used as a one and done shadow, or as a base. There are two new shades available, which brings the total to eight, so there should be something to suit everyone. Available from Charlotte Tilbury, Cult Beauty, Space NK, Brown Thomas & Arnotts.
£25-50:
Magic Star Limited Edition Highlighter: This is actually a re-release, because it was so popular last year - full review here. It has the same finely milled formula, which doesn't settle into fine lines. The shade is gold with a peach shift and the starburst design makes it almost too pretty to use! Available from Charlotte Tilbury, Cult Beauty, & other CT stockists.
Super Nudes Easy Eye Palette: It's a while since I bought a palette from the brand but when I saw this, I had to buy it as the shades are perfect for everyday wear, but they can also be used to create a smokey eye look. I like that it's different from the quads, and has a mix of cool and warm tones. The formula seems different from the quads too - it applies more smoothly and is forgiving on less than firm lids. The size is perfect for travelling or popping in your handbag to take you from day to night (when those days come again!). Available from Charlotte Tilbury, exclusively.
Airbrush Bronzer: I really didn't plan on buying this as I have too many bronzers to mention, but her Airbrush Powder is probably the best on the market, so I had to buy the bronzer to see if it would live up to the powder. In short, it does! The packaging is stunning and I love that you can buy refills - a step towards sustainability, but it's the formula that won me over. It applies so evenly and smoothly (due to the hyaluronic acid it contains), it blurs the appearance of pores and because it's matte, it looks so natural on the skin. I can highly recommend this! Available from Charlotte Tilbury, Cult Beauty, Feel Unique, Space NK, & Arnotts.
Instant Look In A Palette; Stoned Rose Beauty*: These look in a palettes are really brilliant for someone new to the brand, or someone who doesn't own a lot of makeup, or someone who (usually) travels a lot. I was given one for Christmas a few years ago and got great use out of it. It contains three eyeshadows, two blushes (you can choose one, or layer both), a bronzer and highlighter - everything you could need to put a whole look together in a few minutes. Even the inexperienced eyeshadow user would enjoy this palette, as it says which shadow is to be used to brighten, enhance and smoke. The eyeshadows would also work as a one & done, sweep shadow, if you want a quick eye look. The texture of all of the powders is smooth and finely milled, which makes them a dream to use - not a bit of patchiness in sight. This really is a beautiful palette, which I think would work best on light to medium skin tones. Available from Charlotte Tilbury, Cult Beauty, Space NK, Brown Thomas & Arnotts.
I know that Charlotte Tilbury is known for being an expensive brand, but everything here is pretty affordable, starting at only £22, yet everything feels much more expensive, as it is a luxurious brand, with a lot of detail in the packaging. I think any makeup lover would love to find some CT under the tree!
