Omorovicza Gold Collection Review

It's been well established here on the blog that Omorovicza is my favourite skincare brand and I regularly review their products, but I thought it might be a good idea to review their collections so that if you wanted to get started with the brand, you'd know which collection might suit your needs best. I already reviewed the Silver collection here and today, I'm going to talk about the Gold Collection. I'm focusing on the facial collection as there are two products in the line from body care but I have already discussed those on the blog here.

There are five facial products in the Gold Collection, all of which aim to firm, heal, deeply hydrate, brighten and rejuvenate the skin. Ideal for skin that looks tired and is starting to show signs of ageing. (Please remember that I see ageing as a privilege that is denied to so many - I don't want not to age but if my skin could stay looking fresh, then I'll do all I can to achieve that!). The five products are:

Gold Flash Firming Serum: This is my second bottle of this serum and I love it just as much this time around, despite it being a few years since I last used it. It contains colloidal gold, which is an anti-inflammatory agent - perfect for reactive or easily irritated skin, but it also contains Vitamin C, which brightens the skin and evens skin tone. To strengthen the skin and increase elasticity, it contains polypeptides. With consistent use, skin is firm, bright and calm.

Gold Eye Lift: I know that some people think that you don't need to use a separate eye cream, as they make no difference but I always say that those people just haven't found the right product yet! I like to use this as part of my night time routine and it really does help to firm and brighten the eye area. It contains Vitamins A and C, as well as colloidal gold. The result is smooth, bright and firm skin. I've noticed that I need less concealer since I started to use this regularly.

Gold Night Drops: This is, without doubt, one of the best skincare products I've ever used. if you have tired, dull, sagging skin (and your budget allows), you need this in your life! Skin feels firmer, stronger, bouncier and looks brighter, when I use this. It contains Vitamins A & C and bifida ferment, which helps to repair the skin. My skin always looks rejuvenated, firm and fresh the morning after using these drops. They're also extremely nourishing, so even my Sahara-like skin, looks and feels plump when I use these consistently.

Gold Rescue Cream: This moisturiser makes your skin feel like you've had a facial! It contains polypeptides, ceramides and colloidal and I can't tell you how nourished my skin feels when I use this. It also contains shea butter, which regular readers will know, usually makes my skin break out so badly but I haven't experienced even one blemish from using this cream, strangely and thankfully! It is honestly the dream moisturiser for those with dry, crepey skin, as it makes it look years younger!

Gold Hydralifting Mask: This is my second tub of this mask - I just love it so much! The perfect antidote to tired, dull skin! This mask can be used in the traditional way, or left on overnight. I love the delicate rose scent that this mask has - I find it relaxing. It contains the brands patented Healing Concentrate™ (which most products in this brand do, making it perfect for stressed skin), but it also contains hyaluronic acid (to attract and hold moisture), colloidal gold (to strengthen the skin), a natural polysaccharide (to tighten the skin) and bio-polymers, (which help to keep the skin smooth). Overall, this mask is a dream and takes you from drab to fab in 20 minutes, or overnight.

Yes, this is an expensive range but the packaging screams luxury and the ingredients are effective. Skin looks firmer, brighter, plumper and more even overall. If your budget allows, I highly recommend trying this range and the products would also make gorgeous gifts.
