Regular readers will know how much I adore L'Occitane*, so when they release any new products, it excites me! Their most recent release is a new twist on their Cherry Blossom range, called Happy Cherry Blossom, which is limited edition and usually sells out quickly. I was kindly sent products from the range, which I want to share with you today.
First of all, I have to say that I love the packaging - there is delicate, floral embossing on the shower gel, body milk and eau de toilette, and pretty pale pink packaging on the hand cream with cherries, flowers and gift boxes. I also like the colour combination of pale pink and green. Now on to the products themselves!
Happy Cherry Shower Gel*: As soon as I lifted the lid on this, I was hit with a fresh, sparkling scent that combines lemon, blackcurrant, cherry blossom and violet. It's refreshing without being too sharp or sweet. Even my husband loves it but he has declared L'Occitane as his favourite shower brand and has asked me to buy some refills of the other scent combinations that we like and that also remind him of his childhood summers in Trinidad. What I love about the shower gels from this brand is that they lather well, but don't strip the skin and refills are available for almost all of them. This contains 250ml and is priced at £16.50 or 18.50 in euros.
Happy Cherry Body Milk*: The same stunning scent in a lotion formula, which absorbs easily and quickly into the skin, so there is no hanging around before you need to get dressed. I love layering products of the same scent as it makes it last longer. I'm wearing this daily at the moment and love how fresh and clean the scent makes me feel and how nourished my skin feels. 250ml at £24.50 or 27 in euros.
Happy Cherry Eau De Toilette*: This fragrance definitely lives up to the happy in its name because you can't help but feel happy when you wear it! It's uplifting, without being too zesty. It's the perfect balance between fruity and floral. It's a very delicate, feminine fragrance and lasts a good 4/5 hours on the skin. 50ml for £36 or 41 in euros.
Happy Cherry Hand Cream*: Regular readers will know that I always have a L'Occitane hand cream* on the go and they regularly feature in my empties on Instagram. I love them because they are so nourishing, yet non-greasy, and the scent combinations are beautiful, with this being no exception. This is only available in the 30ml size, which is perfect for your desk or handbag. 30ml for £8 or 10.50 in euros.
