I know that many people think January is the longest month but, this year, it has somehow flown by for me! As payday approaches (or perhaps today is your long-awaited payday), I'm back with my first 3 treats for 3 budgets post of 2020! These posts are not about spending a fortune or doing a haul - they're just about providing you with some ideas for products if you're in the mood to treat yourself to something or possibly have a birthday/special occasion gift to buy and need some ideas! With products starting at under £10, you can treat yourself without breaking the bank.

Under £10: Catrice Tensational 10-in-1 Dream Primer: I've tried quite a few products from this budget brand and have been seriously impressed by them all but this one, in particular, is really gorgeous.  I first mentioned it in my 2019 favourite discoveries post (here). I don't want to say that this is a dupe for Charlotte Tilbury's Flawless Filter although the look on the skin is quite similar. There are 10 claims to this primer, ranging from pore minimizing, hydrating the skin, anti-oxidation and adding natural glow. I agree with it being hydrating, adding a natural glow and it also blurs the appearance of pores. It give the skin a sheen and foundation applies well over it without gathering or caking at all. I just love this primer and the price really can't be argued with so if you're looking for a new primer that will hydrate the skin and add a hint of glow, I highly recommend trying this. £5.99.

£10-50: Image Skincare The MAX Stem Cell Facial Cleanser*:  If you like the clean feeling that you get when using a cream cleanser but don't like the sometimes tightening effect that accompanies it, then you need to try this product! The stem cell in the name refers to the blend of cells obtained from apple, edelweiss and snowflake flowers, which combine to protect against environmental damage/pollution. It also contains peptides, which help to firm the skin, fighting sagging and signs of ageing. Despite having a creamy texture that foams slightly, this cleanser doesn't strip the skin and aims to balance the skin's pH. Regular readers will know that I have dry and sensitive skin and I find that this cleanser leaves it feeling soft, cleansed and comfortable. I find that a little goes a long way and I personally prefer to use it as my morning cleanser although it can be used both morning and evening.  £36.

£50+: Tiffany & Love For Her.  I have a bit of a love affair happening with the (small) Tiffany fragrance line and this latest addition is no exception! I received it for Christmas and have worn it a lot but I would definitely describe it as more of a Spring scent. It is a floral, woody with a hint of citrus scent. The top notes are basil, grapefruit and basil. The middle notes are neroli, basil and tuberose and the base notes are vetiver, cedarwood and blue sequoia. The balance between floral and woody notes with a hint of citrus, creates a fresh, sparkling scent that makes me think of sunny days. It's definitely one I will wear more over the coming months but is also a pleasant change from my current heavier fragrance line up for winter. I also love the simple, yet classic bottle and packaging that it is housed in. There is also a matching male fragrance in the line up. Starts at £75 in Debenhams UK/ 85 in Debenhams Ireland.

I also want to mention that my code LYMIN is still valid on a huge range of products and brands on Look Fantastic. Also, if you want to buy the Beauty Expert Icons Collection, worth £170, use the code LYMIN_20 to receive and extra discount and buy for £63.20. Review here.
