Review & Giveaway: Bee Good Skincare

Bee Good Honey & Propolis 2-in-1 Cream Cleanser, Giveaway, Bee Good Youth Enhancing Hydrate, Smooth & Prime Serum, Bee Good Youth Enhancing Lift & Brighten Eye Cream

I was introduced to Bee Good skincare earlier this year and blogged about the Honey & Propolis 2-in-1 Cream Cleanser in this post. Because I love the cleanser so much, I was kindly sent some more products to trial and have also been given the opportunity to run a giveaway so that one of you will get the chance to win three of the products too! Keep reading to the end to find out how to enter!

Before getting into the reviews, I want to assure you that Bee Good only use bee friendly products that can be harvested without any harm to the bees and they don't test on animals.

Honey & Propolis 2-in-1 Cream Cleanser: As I mentioned in my previous post about this cleanser, I love it! So much so, I am about 2/3 of the way through the tube.  This is a calming cleanser - perfect for days when skin is irritated but suitable for all skin types. It contains honey, propolis, rapeseed oil and crambe oil. All of these ingredients combine to calm, soothe and nourish the skin while cleansing it. I personally use it as my morning cleanser rather than as a makeup remover as I have other products that remove makeup effectively and like to use this cleanser to actually treat my skin. I love how my skin feels really clean but not at all stripped when I use this cleanser.

Youth Enhancing Hydrate, Smooth & Prime Serum: This serum is quite creamy in texture but it absorbs instantly. It contains honey (hydrates the skin), propolis (rich in anti-oxidants to protect against environmental damage), blackcurrant seed oil (firms the skin) and larch extract (to help retain moisture in the skin).  This serum instantly plumps and hydrates the skin, which in turn makes it look more youthful. It doesn't pill , layers well with other products and can be used both morning and night. I love how smooth my skin feels when I use this serum and although the serum isn't pearlescent in colour, it gives the skin a real glow - perfect for no makeup days and ideal for anyone with naturally dull skin. It doesn't feel at all greasy so would suit all skin types and I think that those with dehydrated skin would especially love it.

Youth Enhancing Lift & Brighten Eye Cream: Although this eye cream is quite rich in texture, it hasn't caused any milia to develop, which I am very grateful for  as some rich creams that I have used in the past have done. It contains propolis, oat extract, vitamin E and echium oil, all of which combine to create a very nourishing eye cream. I pat a small amount in with my ring finger and instantly lines are softened as the skin is hydrated. I know that some people say that eye creams don't make any difference but they are using the wrong ones! A good eye cream will smooth and soften the fine lines in the under eye area, which in turn helps concealer to sit better and often less concealer is needed as the eye area looks brighter.  I have sensitive eyes that are prone to being watery but this cream hasn't made them water at all and it has also helped to reduce puffiness - always a bonus!

Honey & Camelina Facial Exfoliator: I tend to favour chemical exfoliators rather than physical these days but sometimes, a gentle physical scrub feels good. This one is very gentle, which I love because it won't tear or rip the skin and will work for sensitive skin. It contains propolis, honey, beeswax, crambe seed oil, camelina sativa seed oil, wheatgerm oil and milled lavender flowers. A small amount is applied to dry skin after cleansing. massaged into the skin in circular motions to lift any dead surface skin cells. Then it is rinsed and removed with a damp flannel. It doesn't make the skin look red or feel stripped or inflamed. Instead, skin is left looking bright and feeling smooth. This can be used once or twice weekly. My husband has sensitive skin that is sometimes prone to eczema and he enjoys using this as it doesn't aggravate his skin so I think that all skin types would enjoy it.

Overall, this is a gorgeous brand of gentle products that are free from mineral oil, silicones, parabens, SLS, SLES and phthalates. There is a product for all skin types but I particularly recommend these products to those with sensitive, irritated or reactive skin.
