2018: Favourite discoveries

In the final of my 2018 favourites posts, I am talking about products that I discovered this year that have really stood out to me, so much so that I will repurchase or possibly already have!

Disciple Balancing Mist: The spray on this mist isn't the finest but I can forgive that because the product inside is so good! I find this mist to be soothing on my skin and calming, in general. It contains geranium water and copper peptides to calm and hydrate the skin and boost collagen. It's also really affordable at £12.

Farmacy Honeymoon Glow: I love this 3 in 1 serum that contains a 14% AHA/BHA/Flower Acid blend and really brings the glow to my skin. Full review here.

Drunk Elephant Baby Facial: Everyone can have baby soft skin with this mask! Read my full review here.

L'Occitane Overnight Reset Serum: This serum makes the skin look so rested that anyone would think you had 10 hours sleep! Again, this is a product with a full review here. £49.

Ra Skin Rescue Face and Body Oil: This is a chill pill for my skin - I adore everything about it, from the calming scent, to the texture, to the effect it has on my Sahara-like skin. It is the perfect antidote to winter! Full review here. £70.

Image Total Pure Hyaluronic Facial Serum: This supercharged serum contains 6 forms of hyaluronic acid and it plumps and hydrates the skin so that fine lines become invisible. It's the closest product to botox, without actually having botox and it saved my skin this summer during the heatwave! It's not actually in the photo above as I need to repurchase ASAP! Full review here. £80.

Escentric Molecules 01: I adore this fragrance so much that I had to repurchase when I finished it, despite having at least 30 other perfumes. I have honestly never had as many compliments on a perfume before I started to wear this. It smells different on everyone as it reacts with the wearer's pheromones. I totally get the hype surrounding it! £36.

Ouai Scalp & Body Scrub: This multi-tasking scrub works wonders on both the scalp and body. Any flaky skin on the scalp is removed but hair colour isn't stripped. It leaves my body feeling super soft and the texture ensures that my skin isn't ripped or irritated. £32.

Charlotte Tilbury Confession Lipstick: I love this browny-nude lipstick that has a real '90s vibe to it. It's comfortable on the lips, easy to touch up and goes with every look. As with all Charlotte Tilbury products, the packaging is stunning!

Hourglass Illusion Skin Tint: The perfect foundation for dry skin because it feels comforting and it doesn't cling to any dry patches. It also doesn't highlight porous or textured skin, it lasts a good 9/10 hours and it gives my skin the right amount of glow, without looking O.T.T. £51.

Charlotte Tilbury Genius Magic Powder: I never really thought that a loose powder would make its way into my daily makeup routine until I tried this one! It brightens the skin and also gives a blurred, soft focus, polished look to my skin. Full review here£33.

Marc Jacobs O!Mega Shadow Gel Powder Eyeshadow: The formula of this eyeshadow is stunning! If you ever feel like some shadows make your lids look crepey, then you need to try one of these because it glides on to give the lid a smooth look. They are easy to blend, long-lasting and there is a lot of product in the pot. £22.

Morphe Continuous Setting Mist: This has the finest mist of all of the setting sprays that I have tried and it adds a little dewiness to the skin whilst setting makeup in place. It has a place in my daily makeup routine now! £15.

What have been your favourite beauty discoveries this year? I'd love to hear!
