I'm aware that I have been featuring a lot of high end palettes on the blog recently that are well outside the budget of most sane people (in my defence, they were gifts!), but I'm certainly not averse to using more budget-friendly products! I love a bargain as much as the next person and one budget brand that so many people have been raving about for the last 18-24 months, is ColourPop. It seems to be a brand that is like Pringles - once you pop, you just can't stop! Nobody seems to be able to place an order without placing a subsequent one as soon as there is another new release (quite a frequent occurrence!) My beautiful friend, Leanne, is one of those people and for Christmas, she kindly gifted me a palette that I'd had my eye on since its release - I Think I Love You palette, which I'm going to share my thoughts on with you today!
From the photos that I had seen on other blogs, I knew that I would love this palette, but seeing it in the flesh made me swoon a little more! The warm tones and mixture of mattes and shimmers are right up my street! There are 12 shades in total and I have to say that I did find some variation in the quality, as detailed below.

On the top row, from left to right:
Bitter Better: A gold frosted shadow, with peachy undertones. Soft, creamy and easy to blend.
Bel Air: Matte, medium brown that isn't as soft as the frosted shadow but isn't stiff. A gorgeous transition shade.
Fancy Face: A stunning orange-toned copper metallic. Soft, buttery, easy to apply and blend.
Girls Bite: Stunning, buttery soft golden bronze. The perfect texture!
On the middle row, from left to right:
Howdy: Deep, warm bronze that isn't quite metallic or frosted - sits in between like a MAC Veluxe Pearl shadow. Not quite as soft as the metallics but not stiff either.
Rowdy: Warm beige - perfect base shade as it's completely opaque. It's a little more powdery than the other shadows but not difficult to work with.
My Treat: One of the softest shadows I have ever used - a pale champagne frosted shadow. Applies and blends beautifully.
Level Up: A true copper and like My Treat, it is exceptionally - crumbly almost! I prefer to pat this on with my finger.
On the bottom row, from left to right:
Screw It: Peachy-bronze metallic! This really works well on my green eyes - applies and blends easily. I can only imagine how beautiful this will be in summer when I have a little colour in my cheeks!
Let's Do It: Matte black - a palette essential in my opinion!
Rule Breaker: Bright yellow-gold metallic! The touch of gold makes this a wearable yellow!
My type: Deep matte brown. Slightly stiff but easy to work with.
Overall, this palette has blown me away. I really didn't think that it would be possible to have shadows so pigmented, soft and smooth at this price point ($16). I now get the hype! In terms of longevity on my oily lids, it doesn't perform as well as my other palettes with creasing at around the 5 hour mark, however I have ridiculous eye lids so I don't think this would be a problem for most people! Thank you, Leanne, for bringing this beauty into my life!
