The coral/peach blush edit featuring Nars, Urban Decay, Benefit, MAC, Hourglass & more!

I'm the kind of person who knows what she likes, has a type and (I like to think) knows what suits her. I also, clearly, have an obsession or addiction some people might like to call it! I think the photo above speaks volumes in that regard! Today I want to show you my favourite peachy/coral blushes and enable you if you also have a weakness for them!

Peachy/coral blushes suit my skin tone and add some life to my skin much more than pinks or berry blushes and life would be boring if I only had one blush to use. Some of these get more love than others but there is room for all of them in my life!

Benefit Coralista: A beautiful coral-pink hybrid that really adds some life to my cheeks. Probably my favourite Benefit blush as I hit pan on the original boxed version ............... well until I discovered the next one!

Benefit Galifornia: This is more of  peachy-pink than coral pink and also has some very fine shimmer running through it. I know this will get a lot of wear when summer arrives!

MAC Springsheen & MAC Style: Springsheen is a coral-gold shimmering blush - similar to Nars Orgasm but less pink and it is (clearly) one of my favourite blushes  - in fact I have hit pan on it since this photo was taken! Style is a orangey-peachy-coral blush with just a hint of shimmer. When applied, it isn't as orange as it looks in the pan! I have a soft spot for MAC blushes - I find them easy to work with and generally, they are all pigmented and apply well.

Nars Torrid: A vert warm coral shade that isn't matte but only has the tiniest hint of shimmer. Works best on me when I have a (fake) tan! Nars used to be my favourite blush formula as they apply, layer and blend easily. I do still love them but Hourglass have overtaken them as my favourite.(Sorry for the blurred photo!)

Nars Luster: An orange-peach-brown hybrid with some shimmer. It's quite deep so I use a very light hand with it. I can just about get away with it on my medium neutral skin but I'm not sure how it would look on cool-toned skin.

Hourglass Dim Infusion: I adore this soft, coral blush and love that it is mixed with Dim Light powder, which is my favourite Hourglass powder for a very soft, lit from within look. This blush makes me look healthy when I really don't feel it. Hourglass blushes are my favourite every formula - soft, smooth, pigmented, long-lasting and easy to apply.

Hourglass Incandescent Electra: This is from the truly beautiful Ambient Strobe Lighting Blush Palette. It is a bright warm orange/pink toned coral that is less alarming on the face than in the pan. The infusion of the highlighting strobe powder did make me wonder if it would highlight visible pores or texture but I have't found that to be the case at all - it is b.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l!!

Urban Decay Afterglow Blush Indecent: The truest peach blush that I own, with a matte finish. It is easily buildable and I think it would suit all skin tones. It has a really soft texture and wears really well. I had forgotten how much I loved this!

Too Faced I Will Always Love You: A peachy orange blush with a golden peach shimmer running through it. Too Faced blushes are highly pigmented and silky soft in texture and last pretty well on the skin, although I haven't tested the 16 hour claim!

Too Faced Peach Glow Blush: Another (!) coral/orange blush with a golden shimmer running through it. I know that a lot of people were disappointed with this glow palette but I really love the blush and highlight.

Milani Luminoso: I adore this baked blush from Milani - it is a warm, medium-peach with a little bit of shimmer, but nothing too over-powering. The formula/texture is easy to work with and although it is pigmented, it doesn't overpower when a light hand is used.

Laura Mercier Peach Whisper: A beautiful pure peach matte blush. It is really pigmented so a light hand is necessary and it lasts really well on the skin.

Illamasqua Androgen: The only cream blush in this post and whilst I adore the coral colour, I find the texture can be a little stiff, which makes it more difficult for me to work with so I only use it when I know I have time to play around with my makeup (or when I'm on a sun holiday and the product is a little softer due to the heat!). It is water resistant so if you like to wear makeup by the pool, it would be a good one to check out!

Rimmel x Kate Moss Coral Glow: This is the cheapest option in today's post but it's a goodie! The powder is a little stiff in the pan but it applies well on the cheeks and I love the coral shade. This little trio is really good for the price as all 3 shades are very wearable!

Which of the blushes is your favourite? What shade of blush do you love to wear? I'd love to hear in the comments below!
