Recent purchases #29 featuring BECCA, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Natasha Denona, Clinique & more!

After my (rather large) Sephora haul last month, I thought that I was done with shopping for a while but there some new releases that tempted me and in the words of Oscar Wilde "I can resist everything except temptation" so today I am going to share my recent purchases from the last few weeks with you!

I thought I had missed my chance to get my hands on a BECCA x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette but I received an email from Space NK to say that there was a limited number re-stocked so I took it as a sign and grabbed my card. It arrived a few days later and I am still in awe at its beauty. I'm looking forward to having a play with it & will let you know my thoughts in a future post.

I was in two minds about ordering the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette because I was unsure if the two strong pink shadows would suit me but then I thought about how much I love MAC Cranberry and also about how much I love the texture of the shadows in the ABH Maya Mia palette so I decided to go ahead and order the palette. I'm glad I did because the shadows are even more beautiful in the flesh and I know that I will enjoy using all of the warm toned eyeshadows.

I have lusted after Natasha Denona products for around 6 months so I was absolutely delighted when I read that BeautyBay would be stocking her products. I basically want to try everything but decided to start with a highlighter because I clearly don't have enough highlighters (!!!). I bought the All Over Glow Face & Body Shimmer Powder in the shade Light. I have a feeling that this will be the start of a long and expensive love affair!

Last year, I loved the Clinique Lip Pop lipsticks so much that I ended up with 7 in my collection so I was curious about this year's offering - the Pop Lacquer Lip Colours so I bought Sugar Pop. It looks quite similar to MAC Ample Pink so I am looking forward to wearing it and will let you know my thoughts.

The other lip product I bought is a gloss from Marc Jacobs. I bought the Enamored Hi-Shine Gloss Lip Lacquer in Love Buzz in Sephora last month but it is very sheer so I bought Sugar Sugar, because that is the shade that I originally wanted the most. I'm delighted to say that this one is more pigmented than Love Buzz and gives the same high shine so I am already in love with it.

Finally, I bought two foundations! In my defence, I am almost finished two so you know - one in, one out or in this case, two in, two out! I'm all about a dewy finish so I bought Scott Barnes Multi Media Make-up, which has a very runny texture with oil in it so I am really looking forward to using it as I sometimes add oil to my foundation anyway so this will save me having to do that. The second foundation is quite similar, it is the Giorgio Armani Maestro Glow foundation. This is a bi-phase foundation and it contains SPF 30. The shade I bought is a little bit light at the moment but when my tan fades, it will be perfect.

As you can tell from these products, I am all about glowing/dewy/healthy looking skin and I am hoping that these products will help me to achieve that without looking too greasy/sweaty!! I think that is me done with shopping now for a while because I have so many new products to play with and only one face! However the LORAC Pro 3 is calling my name...........!

I would love to know what you have been buying recently? Have you used any of these products? I'd love to know your thoughts! Please tell me in the comments below!
